Letters & Mailings
You’ve got all the relevant components – the right mailing lists, the best database, the all-important message you want to get across. Now it has to be brought together into one seamless (and cost-effective) mailing.
Our mailing and letters service can be as comprehensive as you want. From typesetting the letter so that it looks professional, fits on your letterhead and has the correct address in the right place, to printing your envelopes, using mail merge and liaising with Royal Mail, we ensure that your mailing is accurate, free of mistakes and gets out on time.
We offer:
- Data sorting, typesetting & proof-reading
- Laser printing & letter folding
- Inkjet envelope printing & polywrapping
- Royal Mail postal licences; such as Mailsort & Presstream
- Reductions in postal costs of up to 35% on the standard cost of mail
Quick mailing tip - If you are writing a letter

“A recent job for one of my clients was the mailing of newsletters and raffle tickets. Using an existing mailing list, Jigsaw CCS had to pay close attention as the quantity of raffle tickets to each address varied. I handed the job over knowing that there would be no problems. Jigsaw CCS pre-plan all jobs, anticipating any problems that may occur rather than getting to the end and realising that they’re short of something.”
